Edudex is the operating system for study-abroad agencies. It captures every lead from Meta ads, WhatsApp and website forms into one pipeline, gets each enquiry to the right counsellor first, and tracks each student across every university application, offer, condition and deadline — so fewer students slip and more enrol.
Why we built it
Edudex was founded in 2026 by Muhammad Kazim, a lawyer by training who ran a study-abroad agency for six years before building this. Every tool the agency tried was built for someone else — a sales team closing one deal per customer, not a counsellor guiding one student through five university applications at once. So students slipped between spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and half-used CRMs, and every slip was an enrolment the agency never made.
Edudex is the software we wished we had: it keeps the student whole. One student record holds every application, each with its own offer status, conditions checklist and deadlines, on one screen — and it chases the dates that win the place.
What Edudex is — and is not
- Purpose-built, not generic. Unlike a general CRM, Edudex models a student who applies to many universities — not one deal per record.
- Yours, not an aggregator. Agencies run Edudex to manage their ownleads, team and applications. Edudex never contacts an agency's students and never shares data between agencies.
- Whole-agency. Branches, teams, roles, permissions, company-wide duplicate detection, and reporting that rolls up from counsellor to branch to company.

Payments run on Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Card details go straight to Stripe — Edudex never sees or stores them.

Row-level security isolates every agency's data — no agency can ever see another's, and we never sell it or share it between agencies.
