Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Edudex has a Free-forever plan with the full student and application tracker plus manual and CSV capture, for a single counsellor and up to 50 active leads. It is free for as long as you use it.
What do I get during the 1-month trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 1-month free trial that unlocks the paid features, including automated Meta and WhatsApp capture and team seats, so you can run your real pipeline before you pay. Unlimited custom fields are the one feature reserved for active paid subscriptions and are not part of the trial.
What happens after the trial ends?
If you do not subscribe, your account moves to the Free-forever plan and your data stays intact. Nothing is deleted — you keep your students and history, just with the free-tier limits.
How does seat pricing work?
Paid plans are grouped by team size: Small includes up to 5 counsellor seats, Medium up to 10, and Large up to 20. Agencies with more than 20 counsellors are on a custom Enterprise plan.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one counsellor or admin login that can work leads. You only pay for people who actively use Edudex, not for the students or leads in your pipeline.
Is Edudex cheaper than running several separate tools?
Usually, yes — and simpler. Instead of paying for an instant-response tool, a spreadsheet workaround and a separate tracker, Edudex captures, responds and tracks in one place, so leads are not lost in the gaps between tools.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan as your team grows or changes, and the change applies from your next billing period.
