Questions about the app
Is the Edudex app free?
Yes. The app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. It uses your agency's Edudex plan, and there is a free forever plan with no credit card.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, and Android phones with Android 7.0 or later.
Do I need an Edudex account?
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password you use on edudex.app. If your agency invited you, accept the invite first, then sign in on the app.
What is on the phone and what stays on the web?
Day-to-day work is on the phone: leads, applications, offers, tasks, notes and deadlines. Setup lives on the web: reports, targets, lead distribution rules, forms and billing.
Will I get notified about new leads?
Yes. Allow notifications when the app asks, and choose which events you want (new leads, mentions, due tasks) under More → Notifications.
Is my agency's data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit, each agency's data is kept separate, and you can turn on an app lock. Edudex never contacts your students or shares your data with other agencies.
